About Me
​
My career began in recruitment, where I worked up to specialist level before running an office for an Adcorp company. It was here that I was trained in competency-based interviewing, which opened my eyes to how deeply behaviours influence performance.
​
I later launched my own recruitment consultancy, securing a contract with a large engineering consulting firm to manage their full recruitment portfolio. In this role, I managed the recruitment process end to end, coordinated agency suppliers, and guided senior leaders with critical appointments. This gave me my first taste of consulting and the satisfaction of working at a strategic level with management teams.

Identifying the need for small to medium sized businesses to get recruitment right from the outset, I shifted away from contingency recruitment to work directly with management, shaping processes and supporting smarter recruitment decisions.
​
From there, my work naturally expanded. I began writing job profiles, assisting with internal restructuring, providing interview and assessment feedback, and supporting leadership with people related decisions.
During this period, I developed a deeper curiosity about human behaviour and the link between behavioural competencies and performance.
​
Noticing a critical gap in this area and a need for a behaviour based program to address competency shortfalls caused by behavioural limitations, I spent several years researching and developing Beyond Limitations – Game Changer, a management program that equips leaders with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-regulation skills.
​
I also designed a customisable Employee Engagement Survey to help businesses measure and strengthen culture in ways that directly drive performance.
​
These tools still form part of the broader toolkit I use to build Strategic Alignment within organisations today.
​
Currently, I work with businesses to align people with strategy across multiple levels of the organisation. I lead the design and implementation of role clarity frameworks, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs.
​
I deliver management development workshops that equip leaders with practical skills, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and tools to improve team performance.
I also provide ongoing advisory support to leadership teams, helping them translate strategy into measurable outcomes and a high performing culture.
​
The skills and tools I’ve developed along the way reflect my passion for self-development and growth, and my belief that healthier, happier workplaces drive stronger business results.

This underpins my Strategic Alignment Framework, a complete process that helps companies scale with clarity, accountability, and engagement.
